1. Before using this Service, the user needs to register a "ETMS" account. The "Logistics Cloud Control" account must be registered with a mobile number. Users should use a mobile number that is not bound to another "ETMS" account and that has not been banned under this Agreement to register a "ETMS" account. The service may change the method of account registration and binding as needed without prior notice to the user.

2、 "ETMS" is based on HHD Technology's mini program product. Users must authorize Logistics Cloud Control to use their personal information to successfully register a "ETMS" account. Completion of registration indicates that the user agrees to allow the service to collect, disclose, and use the user's information.

3、Given the binding registration method of the "ETMS" account, you agree that the service will use your mobile number and device identification code for registration.

4、When registering and using this Service, HHD Technology needs to collect personal information that can identify the user to contact the user if necessary or to provide a better user experience. The information collected by ETMS includes, but is not limited to, the user's name and address. ETMS agrees that the use of this information will be subject to the restrictions outlined in Section III on the protection of user personal privacy information.

To create an account, you need to register with a mobile number and set a password before logging into the mini program. The mobile number serves as the unique identifier for the user. After logging in, you can choose to provide additional information, such as an avatar, nickname, and email. Not providing this information will not impact your experience. The information you provide will remain authorized for our use during the period in which you use this Service. When you delete your account, we will stop using and delete this information. When you log into the "ETMS" mini program, we will verify the validity of your mobile number, login password, or gesture password. Without providing this information, you will not be able to log in. To enhance your account security, conduct risk control, protect your personal information and assets, and improve the quality of service and user experience on the "ETMS" platform, we will collect information related to your device, including device attributes (device brand and model, screen specifications, OS version, settings, process, and application list, Mac address, AndroidID, IDFA) and device location (location information obtained through GPS, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi signals). The information collected from your devices may be associated for system problem analysis, traffic statistics, and risk investigation. This enables us to provide consistent services across your devices. If you choose not to provide this information, we will not be able to protect your account security during the use of the "ETMS" service.

2、Situations where you authorize us to call device permissions Phone access permissions: When you run the "ETMS" mini program, we will request this permission to access device information and phone identification code (IMSI/IMEI) to complete security risk control, statistics, and services. Camera-based functions: You may use the camera to scan QR codes for unlocking or to change your personal avatar. Album-based functions: You may use the album to modify your avatar. Location-based functions (including GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth): You may enable location services to search for nearby Bluetooth locks under "Logistics Cloud Control." Read and write access to device storage: You may grant the "Logistics Cloud Control" mini program permission to read and write to your device storage for data storage during program operation. This mini program's operation depends on this permission, and choosing not to grant it may result in being unable to use or fully utilize the smart lock's products and services. To achieve the functionalities mentioned, the mini program may request access to your camera, album, location (positioning), Bluetooth functions, and storage, as well as permission to modify the system settings on your device. You acknowledge and agree that enabling these permissions authorizes us to collect and use the information needed for these functions. You may also cancel these authorizations by following the operating system instructions on your device. If you revoke authorization, we will no longer collect or use the information associated with these permissions and cannot provide the corresponding functions. However, this will not affect your access to other "ETMS" services.

If HHD Technology finds or receives reports or complaints from others that a user has violated this Agreement, HHD Technology reserves the right to rediv and delete relevant content, including but not limited to user information and posting records, at any time without notice. Depending on the severity of the violation, HHD Technology may impose penalties such as warnings, account suspension, device suspension, and function suspension, and will notify the user of the outcome.

. Users who are suspended for violating the User Agreement can contact ETMS. Users subject to function suspension will have suspended functions automatically restored after the suspension period ends. Suspended users may submit an appeal, which HHD Technology will rediv and determine whether to adjust the penalty based on reasonable judgment.

3. Users understand and agree that HHD Technology reserves the right to reasonably penalize any behavior that violates laws, regulations, or the provisions of this Agreement. HHD Technology may take appropriate legal actions against any user engaged in illegal activities and report relevant information to authorities according to laws and regulations. Users will bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom.

4. Users agree to indemnify Logistics Cloud Control, its partners, and affiliates for any third-party claims, demands, or losses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from the user's violation of this Agreement.

Content referred to in this section includes any content created, uploaded, copied, published, or disseminated by the user during the use of the service, including but not limited to account avatars, names, descriptions, registration and authentication information, messages, and linked pages, as well as any other content generated through the use of the account or this service.

2. Users must not use the "Logistics Cloud Control" account or this service to create, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate the following prohibited content under laws, regulations, and policies:

1. HHD Technology solemnly reminds users to pay attention to the terms in this Agreement that exempt HHD Technology's liability and limit users' rights. Please read carefully and consider the risks independently. Minors should read this Agreement in the company of their legal guardians.

2. The validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of any disputes or controversies between the user and HHD Technology, efforts should first be made to resolve them amicably. If that fails, the user agrees to submit the dispute or controversy to the court with jurisdiction in the location of HHD Technology's domicile.

3、3. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
